Master Choi has been training in martial arts for over 50 years. He has dedicated his life to Martial arts and helping people become their very best through this great martial art.

 

He has practiced various martial arts such as Hapkido (8 dan), Taekwondo (7 dan), Yongmudo (7dan), Kickboxing (5 dan), Judo (2 dan), etc. He had taught Hapkido at Korea Military Academy for 10 years.

 

Based on his experiences in Integrative Medicine and martial arts, he is able to combine them together to help people suffering from sports injuries.
