Infrared Red Light

Infrared light is a treatment that may help skin, muscle tissue, and other parts of your body heal. Infrared light is a type of energy your eyes can’t see, but your body can feel as heat.

Cupping

The lifting away of the skin can loosen adhesions and muscle tightness. Adhesions are caused by a buildup of scar tissue after an injury. Cupping also allows for better blood flow and lymph circulation.

Rehabilitation Exercises

Our goal after a car accident is to be restored both physically and phycologically to the state of well-being you were in before your accident.

Our practitioners will assist you to excersice at home.
